"Hotellet var i rigtig dårlig stand. Det var svært at afgøre om det ikke var bygget færdigt eller virkeligt trængte til en renovering. Sengen på værelset var meget hård, hvilket gjorde jeg fik ondt i ryggen. Man skulle aflevere nøglen når man gik ud, men de efterlod receptionen ubemandet så flere gange var jeg nødt til selv at tage min nøgle, hvilket betød nøgle ofte lå ubeskyttet. Det er desværre ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale."

"A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. "Everything was good, especially for this price. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the top manager himself is usually there and takes care of stuff. It is located next to a street, but it is not too noisy (manageable for me). The microwave oven was quite useful for me. You have access to many supermarkets close by (the best one is SAS), but there are not many restaurants close by. Not too far from the city and it is not to expensive to use taxi."
