Conveniently located a few minutes from the local beach (a 3-minute drive/10-minute walk), this bright first-floor apartment is the perfect destination for a relaxing beach holiday on the Costa Smeralda.

Ideally set up for alfresco living, this villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features a spacious terrace that overlooks the rooftops to the Gulf of Cannigione. Here guests can relax with a morning coffee and enjoy lazy meals after a day at the beach.

Inside, the air-conditioned apartment enjoys an open-plan living area, which is furnished with; a sofa, a dining table, a flat-screen digital TV and features large French Doors that open onto the terrace. This room also incorporates a kitchen fitted; with a cooker hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a double bed, direct access to the terrace, and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also enjoys direct access to the terrace, has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Location:

Villa Laura is located in Cannigione on the Gulf of Cannigione, in the northeast of Sardinia. Originally a quiet fishing village the town has become a popular tourist destination. Both Pontile Albatros Marina and La Sciumara Beach are a 10-minute walk/3-minute drive away from the property.

The town’s historic centre offers exclusive boutiques and many excellent restaurants and cafés. In the summer months (starting in June) Cannigione hosts a night market where you can find a wide variety of local crafts and fresh produce. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away and there are two supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Further up the coast is the Port of Palau (a 22-minute drive), from here guests can take a ferry to the Maddalena Archipelago National Park, a protected marine area famous for its beautiful islands, beaches and diverse marine life. There are also boat tours and rental services available from the marina.

The closest international airport is Olbia Airport is a 35-minute drive from the apartment.
