This former 110 m² barn, completely renovated, offers all the comforts you need in a cozy and warm atmosphere with its exposed beams. Ground floor with its 42 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4 induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, living room with TV area, Wi-Fi, CanalSat, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, shower room, separate toilet, pantry with washing machine. The upper floor offers 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds, a children's play area, 1 toilet. Sheets, towels, and household linens are provided. Electric heating, above 8 kW/day. Baby equipment is available. The Nabias Lagoons offer a 4.5 km walk along the interpretive trail, with picnics and fishing available. In Roquefort, canoeing down our rivers promises hours of total escape. In Ginx, a relaxing place with an exhibition. In Labastide, the royal square is worth a visit. Between Bourriot and Losse, Carola welcomes you to her discovery farm, Le Hillot, dedicated to alpaca breeding. Near the Landes de Gascogne Natural Park.
