"Good cost-benefit for those who want a comfortable and modern place to stay. Staff is really nice. The lady who was there when I arrived was really sweet and helpful. The room was comfy, though some details could be fixed like some stains on the curtain and one of the towels towel as well as some small cleaning details. None of these bothered me so still very good stay.

Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. Excellent conditions and super friendly & helpful host(s). it's a bit off the main road (Military highway) so it's perfect! quiet yet just a 2-min car drive to everything. Definitely stay here next time we're in Kazbegi."

"Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap."
