Dining and seating areas on back patio with fire tables, heaters, and hot tub. Gas and pellet BBQs, hibachi/teppanyaki grill.

You will have sole use of the property including all downstairs rooms, back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room with additional sofa sleeper. Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.

The entire upstairs is excluded from this listing. We offer this partial rental for groups who don’t need more than 4 beds. Tools in garage are for owner’s use and cabinets are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.
