This cosy holiday home features two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, making it perfect for couples or small families. The property is ideally located in the heart of Arrecife, the island's capital, offering excellent public transport connections and access to the bus station.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, a 4-burner hob, complete kitchenware, and a Nespresso coffee machine: everything you need for a comfortable stay. A cot is available upon request. We provide one set of bed linen per guest, as well as bath and beach towels.



The accommodation has two bathrooms: one of them en suite with a bathtub, and the other with a shower tray. A hairdryer is available for your convenience. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.



For those who work remotely, the house is equipped with high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, making it ideal for teleworking.
