Villa Gabri 1 is the queen of the house. This first-floor apartment is reached via a majestic walnut staircase leading to a large hall that can also be used as a workspace. It extends over 170 square meters and features large living rooms furnished with valuable antique furniture. Grand and luminous French doors overlook the front park and open onto a wide balcony with a terrace where you can dine, work on your laptop, read an Italian art book from the library, or enjoy pleasant evenings in total privacy thanks to the white curtains that shield the space from the outside.

The villa includes two large and bright double bedrooms with air conditioning—one of which has a balcony overlooking the rear garden, where you can hear the soothing sound of the river—plus a spacious twin bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning. A large bathroom with a shower cabin and a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the front park allow you to make your stay dynamic by preparing delicious lunches and exquisite breakfasts. The generous living room ensures moments of relaxation and conviviality with your family.

The large rear garden (shared with Villa Gabri 2), featuring two shade sails, a hammock, deckchairs, and a lounge area, offers a peaceful place to unwind—perhaps enjoying a plum or peach picked straight from the tree. The solar shower with hot/cold mixer is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing or returning from the lake. The barbecue area, also shared with Villa Gabri 2, is equipped with drinking water and a large stone table where you can savor freshly grilled meals at sunset with family or friends after a day of excursions or at the lakeside beaches.

With attention to environmental concerns and waste reduction, the villa provides refillable shampoo and shower gel, natural-origin detergents, and a moka pot for coffee.

For stays starting January 1st, 2026, the tourist tax will increase from €1 to €3 per person per day.
