Location
The town of Arona is a charming spot with a lakeside promenade, wonderful streets to discover and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains beyond. Situated close to Teatro San Carlo, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from wonderful bistros, bars and restaurants and you can enjoy culinary influences from France, Switzerland, and Italy of course, suited to all budgets. At a 10-minute walk from here, you will also find the swimming waters of Lake Maggiore at the La Rocchette beach. 5 minutes drive away is the home of the towering statue of San Carlone that stands overlooking Arona and is still one of the largest statues in the world, second only to the Statue of Liberty.

Take the ferry and visit the small islands of Isola Bella and the Palazzo Borromeo, the imposing 17th Century Palace, and its famous gardens. Milan’s Malpensa is the closest airport to the apartment, with connections to all major European cities. The airport is a comfortable 40-minute drive.
