The flat is approx. 70sqm in size, the terrace with its 14sqm is the highlight of the entire flat. It has just been completely renovated by us with only high-quality materials and modern furniture, the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. As soon as you wake up you have a great view of the sea directly from your bed, when you sit on the sofa in the lounge you can see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the flat, wherever you are, you can see the sea. The spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation zone where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind 6 metres of seamless glazing. The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace can be used in any weather.from the modern and very comfortable sofa bed in the salon you can watch your favourite programmes on the new 65" Smart TV, in the bedroom there is another 55" TV where you can watch sports etc. independently of the salon. The bedroom has air conditioning, for which there is a weekly charge.
The terrace is modern and comfortably furnished, the two relaxing armchairs invite you to watch the sunset over the sea with a cocktail in your hand. At the large communal pool, we have purchased two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, which are labelled with the flat number M15. The padel tennis court can be used at any time and free of charge. An underground parking space is available to our guests free of charge, lift available and wheelchair accessible.
There is a bakery right on the avenue for your fresh bread rolls in the morning and there are other supermarkets for your daily needs and nice cafes, bars and restaurants of various nationalities within a short walking distance. You can walk to the beach promenade in 5 minutes, where the cosy beach bar "Chiringuito Palm Mar" and the elegant beach club "Bahia Beach" await you.

The beautiful Malpais nature reserve of La Rasca (popular for hiking and trekking) is a 10-minute walk along the seafront promenade. Here you walk through a colourful volcanic landscape along the sea, which is rewarded with the climb to the lighthouse after approx. 3 km. The nearest golf course is Los Palos, only 2 km away, Golf del Sur can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or the luxury golf course Costa Adeje is 20 minutes away, from the south airport it is about 20 minutes by car to Palm Mar. You can park your hire car either on the street directly in front of the building or in your own underground car park.
