Relax with your family and friends at Lake Okoboji in this spacious and fully equipped ranch-style cabin in Bridges Bay. We self-manage our property and truly care that your vacation meets your expectations and can be a place of rest.

With 4 comfortable private bedrooms, 2.5 bath, an open floor plan with a large kitchen and pantry, plus main level and basement living rooms, it is one of the largest cabins at Bridges Bay with 2,130 sq. ft. Send the kids to the basement to play while adults enjoy time together at the six-seat dining room table and four-seat island. Enjoy the ambience of the gas firepit while watching the sun go down on the back porch and let the kids take advantage of the large back lawn. Rain or shine at the lake, you’ll have ample indoor and outdoor space to enjoy your vacation.

The cabin sleeps 12 so you can rest easy when the day is done. When we say 4-bedrooms, we mean 4 true bedrooms. But there are large living areas where extra guests can sleep, too!

Smart TVs in main floor living room and master bedroom and Roku in basement, so you can sign into your own streaming services and feel right at home. Free wi-fi included. Or bring your favorite movies from home to watch on the Blu-Ray players.

There is plenty of space for all your belongings with the double attached garage and mudroom/laundry room. However, no need to pack the kitchen sink as we make vacationing simple at Rest Ashore. Equipped with all things a young family needs including a crib, Pack n’ Play, portable highchair, sippy cups, bibs, kid plates, eating utensils, games, toys, puzzles, two strollers, kid picnic table, chalk, bubbles, and pool toys.

There is a full-size Samsung washer and dryer (detergent included) in the unit if needed. The kitchen is furnished with tableware, cutlery, coffee maker, gas grill, grill utensils, pots, pans, pizza pans, crockpot, blender, charcuterie board and more. We also supply linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and some basic spices.

Enjoy the outside space with the gas firepit on the comfortable patio, or play in the the large yard with our corn hole set, bocce ball, or croquet. The neighborhood pool is just steps outside the front door; close enough that it's easy to walk over there with kids, yet provides privacy and more quiet with our open back yard. Best of both worlds in this location!

This ideal vacation home is 50 yards from one of the multiple outdoor pools at Bridges Bay Resort, plus comes with six daily passes to Bridges Bay indoor waterpark and updated outdoor pool. Rest Ashore is a just short walk from the lake. There is a nearby dock where you can fish or just watch the boaters. Bridges Bay Resort includes fun for all ages with multiple swimming areas, arcade, gym, zipline, basketball courts, playground, Bracco Restaurant, and The Waterfront Bar and Grille.

There is no shortage of things to do in Okoboji! Explore Arnold’s Park which offers many restaurants, bars, live entertainment, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnold’s Park Amusement Park, Pirate’s Cove mini golf, shopping at The Emporium or other boutiques, and much more! Catch a show at the local Okoboji Summer Theater, hit the bike trails or choose one of the 10 golf courses within 20 miles of Okoboji. Take the kids to Treasure Village for a show and mini golf, or let them burn some energy at Bouncelandia. Ask me for more recommendations!

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. No bachelor or bachelorette, or large, loud parties please. Parking available in garage and driveway, no street parking. Boat parking is across the street (south) from the basketball courts.

Some amenities at Bridges Bay are seasonal, such as the waterpark. (Waterpark is only open on weekends in the off-season.) Please inquire if you have questions about amenity availability. Resort amenities are managed and operated by Bridges Bay Resort and are subject to change at any time.
