Great west and south facing windows.
Roof top patio is shared with other guests. The perfect family unit.

No pets are allowed due to the property's location on a busy highway.
This is a shared building with a common hallway.
Support animals must be pre-approved by management and must remain with the guest at all times—they may not be left alone in the suite.
There are 12 Airbnb's in the same location.

off the Ritz dock or the public dock on west lake. We can help you with space for your trailer close to the Suites.

You will receive step by step check in instructions via email on how to find your suite. You will get a text with your code 48 hours before your check in.
This Suite is on the 2nd level and stairs are required.

Sunset Suite has a larger living room area than our other suites. It has a full kitchen and great windows that look to the south onto HWY 71. Our rooftop patio is open for our guests to use. We do not have a grass/yard area at this location. You can play games in the parking lot area or on lower level patio.

We highly recommend you bring your bikes and enjoy the Dickinson County Bike Trail. You can get on the trail right in front of our location and head north or south to start your ride around Lake Okoboji. If you are bringing young kids, scooters and wagons are also nice to have.

We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers in our south parking lot. There are 13 steps to get to this apartment.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
