    The detached holiday home is located on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Kaitersberg.

    The terrace with sun awning is equipped with wooden garden furniture and a hand-built stone barbecue. There is also a hand-chiselled stone fountain with its own spring water for your refreshment. Adjacent to the terrace is the large garden with children's playground (sandpit, slide, swing and trampoline).

    Our holiday home You live in a listed "Austragshaus" from 1850, which used to serve as a retirement home for the old farmers after the farm was handed over. They looked after themselves with one or two cows. Our "Austragshaus" was still inhabited until the early 1960s. The building was demolished in 2000 and completely rebuilt at a different location next to the farm. In order to make the old wooden house habitable again, the old beams were professionally repaired and partly renewed.three holiday flats with additional roof galleries, lots of solid wood and a large lounge with tiled stove were then very elaborately converted.the holiday home is only rented completely to groups and families and offers space for 10 - 15 people, through the separate flats there is enough privacy and retreats.on the ground floor of the holiday home is the common room with tiled stove. In this room is another fully equipped large kitchen, which you can also use.the sauna with relaxation room and solarium is located in the basement of the house.the farmhouse parlour45 sqm, suitable for 2 - 4 people and divided into:

    Whether summer or winter, the Bavarian Forest awaits you with a large network of toboggan runs, cross-country ski runs, hiking trails and winter hiking trails. From easy walks to high-altitude hiking trails, everything is included. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 5km away.

    You and your children can really relax on the natural farm. The hiking trail to the Kaitersberg with the destination Riedelstein and Kötztinger Hütte starts right next to the house. The Zellertal cycle path also leads directly past the farm. You and your children are also very welcome in the cowshed, horse stable or during the hay harvest
