It isn’t the Fairmont or Grand Hyatt. It’s missing that final touch of luxury.
But compared to value/price nothing even come close of all the hotels I’ve tried in Manila.
They deserve the rating 100%

The one bedroom deluxe unit was spacious with a kitchen and washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of options."

I stayed for 2 nights and had to go get a massage right after. No room cleaning service (probably because I didn't expressly ask), Also, hot water doesn't work. Other than that, the property itself seemed clean and customer service was friendly. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. "
