"Lovely place, friendly service, good location, fairly pricey (but so is everything else in the area), valet parking much appreciated, very good coffee shop and restaurant. We were a bit cold because of the very effective air conditioning, but we eventually figured out how to turn it off. Would definitely stay here again Thank- you!"

"Parking, while it is free (big bonus in Boston area) is difficult to get as majority of spots are tiny and in tight underground garage with pillars at every other space, and majority of cars park diagonally or over line, making every other space unable to be used. There is only one way in/out, so have to back out to get out once realize there is no where to park. "Great hotel in a great location. The photos don’t do it justice. Gorgeous lobby and feels like a historical hotel. Our room was clean and well appointed, comfortable beds. The free coffee was great and it was a short walk to many great places and the train. Highly recommend!"

Comfortable bed, easy check in and check out, everything can be done from provided iPad, common areas are wonderful!. Excellent location! Walk to Fenway! step out to Newbury street! "A lovely quiet, very clean hotel tucked away at Endicott College with access to the beach as well. I didn’t need a restaurant onsite so that was not an issue for me. Needed to be in close proximity to Marblehead and the north shore but not pay outrageous prices. It was perfect! The room is small but since I was traveling alone and only needed a clean, convenient place to stay that was affordable it was PERFECT!"

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
