At the foot of the first fortress overlooking the Loire, in the village of Arlempdes, the former presbytery has been converted into two adjoining holiday cottages.

This cottage, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, offers a functional and comfortable layout. It opens onto a 45 m² courtyard with a breathtaking view of the Loire (access and fencing shared by both cottages).

Nearby attractions include: Pradelles, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the Draft Horse Museum, rail biking, etc. (12 km); Lake Bouchet (15 km, fishing, supervised swimming); Lake Issarlès in the Ardèche (25 km); and Lake Naussac in the Lozère (23 km). All shops and a market are located in Costaros, just 7 km away. On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with a sofa bed and television), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm).

Heating is electric with an included allowance of 8 kWh per day; any additional consumption is charged at a rate of €0.25/kWh.

Located in a village listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the cottage enjoys a peaceful setting. The church bells ring only on rare occasions and remain silent most of the time.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and should be given to the person in charge of reception unless it has been previously secured by credit card authorization.

A cleaning fee of €50 is available. Extra bed linen can be provided upon request: €5 for a single bed and €7.50 for a double bed.
