This well-appointed studio offers a comfortable and functional space for two guests, ideal for both short and extended stays. With 20 square meters of thoughtfully arranged living space, it combines modern convenience with a cozy atmosphere.Living Area: Features a double bed (140x190 cm), a dining area, and a flat-screen TV for relaxation and entertainment.Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster—everything needed for a convenient self-catering experience.Bathroom:  Includes either a bathtub or a shower, with an integrated toilet for added comfort.Outdoor Space:  Enjoy fresh air and outdoor moments on your private balcony or terrace.

Our holiday homes and apartments in Argelès-sur-Mer are ideally just a short walk from a beautiful 7-kilometer-long sandy beach. If you’d rather not walk the full length, a small train runs along the beach from June to August (check availability in advance).

Due to the ongoing drought, the jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam at our residence located in Argelès-sur-Mer will be closed for the summer of 2025. Unfortunately, we do not have a confirmed reopening date at this time. The outdoor swimming pool will not be heated this summer due to a technical issue. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.
