Sunset View Villa is a real gem of a villa, it is the ultimate getaway for those craving expansive sea views and a real home from home feeling. This stunning four-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it the perfect choice for families, groups of friends or couples who like to spoil themselves. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and have all be lovingly decorated. The owner takes real pride in her house and this shows in amount of guests that come back year after year.
Located in the charming village of Argaka, the ideal spot to explore what the real Cyprus has to offer. The shingle coastline stretches for miles with some lovely restaurants right on the beach. The local cuisine includes grilled meats, dips and mouthwatering salads, be sure to try a traditional Meze.

Polis is a short drive away which has everything you would need. There is a large supermarket, pharmacies, banks and a lovely traditional square that really comes alive after dark. Latchi is also nearby with its marina, where you can find boast trips and self hire as well as scuba diving. There are several beaches and some fabulous fish restaurants, so you will spoilt for choice.

Interior Details

Ground Floor: The open plan layout is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook your favourite meal with a dining area that does not disappoint. The lounge has a comfy sofa, smart TV so you can relax indoors as well as out. Large patio doors lead out to your private pool terrace. You will find a double bedroom on this level with its own shower room as well as a guest WC.
The house has air-conditioned throughout so you cool off from the Cypriot sunshine. The ornate staircase leads to the upper level.
First Floor: You will find three further bedrooms on this level, one twin and two doubles all tastefully decorated. They all enjoy beautiful en-suite facilities as well as balconies with stunning sea views. A seating area on the largest balcony really makes the most of the panoramic views and the peaceful surroundings.

Outdoor Spaces
The is where the villa stands out from others, the outside space has something for everyone. There is quality outside dining facilities, for al fresco meals under a spacious covered terrace. There is a BBQ area so you can try cooking the local Souvla as well as a traditional Kleftiko oven and outside sink. the outdoor sofa set completes the options to relax in the shade.
The private heated *free-form pool is 13m at its longest with both steps and ladder for easy access and a shallow end, perfect for the whole family. There are ample sun beds and shady areas and the gardens give it a real Mediterranean vibe. The views from here are panoramic and something that will stay with you for years to come.
A table tennis area is also provided as extra outdoor entertainment, perfect at any age.
