The road to the property is a 1,5 km white gravel road which is easily accessed with a normal road vehicle. We use our VW Passat CC most days and its not a problem. In over ten rental years we have never had guests with an off road vehicle or had any guests have problems accessing the property. Part of the charm is the rural nature of the property. The road is the responsibility of the Comune and they usually maintain the road on a regular basis.
