Hoteller nær Arena Coliseo

"The team here is fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It made such a difference after a long day exploring Mexico City."

"Great hotel - beautiful rooms, OK internet speed, by all means among my favorite hotels. The restaurant, however among the worst and NOT recommendable at all. Slow, slow, slow, and sloppy performance on the quality and appearance of food. Will NOT go there again. But hotel - CHECK!"

"Muy buen servicio"

"I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district."

"Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...

"If you’re looking to stay in the Zócalo area of Mexico City, Umbral Hotel is an excellent choice! Its location is convenient to many museums, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. And if you prefer to relax at the hotel for the day, you’ll have plenty of convenient options, including room service, two restaurants in the building, and a Tim Hortons right next door. It’s a wonderful place to stay if you want...
