From the moment I arrived, the experience was concerning. The stairway leading to my room was dirty and poorly maintained, the room itself was run down, with visibly old and worn furniture, rusty chairs, and a broken bathroom door.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water available that night, making it impossible to take a proper shower. After reporting it to the front desk, and although the agent (who was very attentive and courteous) attempted to assist by “turning on the heater”, the water never reached a reasonable temperature – remaining only lukewarm at best, even after I had already run it for over 20 minutes.
The experience was shared during my stay and after my stay and no response at all. They definitely do not care at all.
