"First time back in a few years and I was more than pleased with what I encountered. My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed."

"Beautiful property. Reasonably clean. Although I ordered food, it was a mess. Their kettle in the room looked super rusty , couldn’t even boil water to make myself a hot drink. Otherwise facility is clean. The staff are polite but the food is terrible for those prices. I also realised the menu was exaggerated . The food didn’t come with most of what was described in it. "

I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."

However despite of us having booked a suite for 2 people, and clearly stating this on the booking, we only got one towel in the bathroom and also had the same problem as a previous guest regarding only one breakfast being included in the room, which is nonsence, when you stay 2 people. However, the problem was swiftly dealt with by the efficient manager, and after the first mornng we had no more...

"The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply.
I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity.
I will surely stay here again sometime in the future."

"Definitely did not look as lovely upon driving up as pictures do. No electricity yet at 12:30 pm. Bed was like sitting on a board literally. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. We checked out within a half hour of arrival due to no electricity and hard bed. Never got to see rest of place unfortunately."
