Hoteller nær Area 1 Shopping Centre

"Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent,"

"Excellent kitchen and staff, very nice and lowkey, very low water pressure, bed was too firm, should change up breakfast menu a bit, low water quality"

"We stayed 5 days and had a very nice stay. The rooms are spotless clean, with a very comfortable bed. However despite of us having booked a suite for 2 people, and clearly stating this on the booking, we only got one towel in the bathroom and also had the same problem as a previous guest regarding only one breakfast being included in the room, which is nonsence, when you stay 2 people. However, the problem was swiftly dealt with by the efficient manager, and after the first mornng we had no more...

"Staff were professional and friendly. Customer service was good."

"Wifi restriction, rooms smelled damp, AC not working, poor ventilation, flooding bathroom when you shower. Not worth the cost."

"It was okay"

"I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know."

"Great service. Slow wifi. Tasty food. "

"It was an ok stay the rooms are spacious and he bed is large! "

"Wasn't able to stay here due to ArikAir having financial provokes and canceling my flight"

"We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation"

"I made the reservation because it’s only a few minutes drive to the location of my meeting but the hotel did not meet my expectation especially considering the amount it was going for"
