This typical two-story Ligurian house features a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, three fans, two bathrooms, and a storage/laundry room with washing machine. It accommodates up to six adults. The outdoor spaces are perfect for sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnics, or barbecues. Free covered private parking is provided.



The location is ideal for excursions, beach days, and visits to nearby towns or local wineries for D.O.C. Colli di Luni wine tastings. About 800 meters away you’ll find electric car charging stations, a shopping center, pharmacy, bank, post office, train station, and other essential services.



We recommend visiting Sarzana, a candidate for Italian Capital of Culture 2028, with its historic palaces and fortresses, the Cinque Terre Park, Via dell’Amore, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Gulf of Poets, Portofino, Pisa, and Lucca.



Minimum stay: three nights in low season (April, May, June, September, October), five nights in high season. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. The tourist tax applies for up to three nights. For stays in October and November, heating is charged according to consumption and paid on site at the end of your stay.
