"Idk why ten first review I gave gave them a 4 star. It should have been a 5. I stayed there two different times. The first time I arrived very early but they still allowed me to get a room to rest in. They were very understanding and helpful and Brandy gave me his number so if I had issues I could text him. I could get tea or coffee any time I wanted. The room was clean and with warm comforters. Breakfast was great. As expected from other hostels in the area. I always had warm water although it...

"Staff were awesome and although most didn’t speak English we communicated some through Google Translate.I stayed for 3 weeks and they went out of there way to help with tours etc. "

"Very nice place!"

Fin morgenmad"

"It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly."

"Noisy and bed linen unclean. "

"Super service and extremely pleasant personal. The hotel is located close to the city center and is walking distance to all main areas, drop-off sites and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back one day"

"The hotel staff are its biggest strength — they are friendly, helpful and quick to resolve issues, and deserve recognition from management. But I was very disappointed with the room. The listing photos are misleading. The room condition is subpar and extremely noisy; sounds from hallways and neighbouring rooms travel easily. I could not sleep without earplugs. I wonder why the rating is so high. Aside from the great staff, I have reservations about the rest of the property."
