This beautiful studio has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Arcachon.
It can accommodate up to two people and is ideal for a couple.
The access is done in an autonomous way.

## Logement
Located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator, the unit includes:
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living area with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: WiFi, washing machine, iron, oven.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The studio is located 7 minutes walk from the beach and 12 minutes from the Arcachon train station.
You will find the Arcachon Market at 15 min walk for your daily shopping.

Some good addresses to advise you:
- the Parc Mauresque (19 min walk) ;
- the Parc de La Coccinelle (14 min by car);
- the Dune du Pilat (16 min by car);
- and many others...

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune of the South-West of France located in Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the many hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, stroll on the port or take a boat to the Ile aux Oiseaux. The Winter City is a neighborhood where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It is a town full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its pine trees and sea salt smells.
