It comprises an entrance hall, a new bathroom with toilet, a new, fully equipped kitchenette in the living area (with a pull-out sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi), and a south-facing balcony. There is no washing machine. Bicycle storage is available. No parking is included.

Ideal for a couple.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: a 160cm set (sheets + towels) is €42/week.

Cleaning is included in the price.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
