Cocoonr proposes you to rent, in Arcachon, L'instant Bassin, this charming new flat benefits from air conditioning in all the rooms. Located 200 metres from the beach in the heart of Arcachon, its location is ideal for travellers wishing to do everything on foot. This 145 m² flat can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is split over two levels, connected by an internal staircase. This configuration may not be suitable for young children or people with mobility problems.
The flat comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 very attractive bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding, 4 bathrooms (with shower), and a lounge area with sofa bed.
Please note: two of the four bedrooms are independent and accessible only from the outside. They are not connected internally to the main accommodation.

Municipal works are taking place in the busy street, from 9am to 5pm, until mid-April 2026. Occasional noise pollution may occur during the day. The dwelling remains quiet outside these hours.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Four bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Four bathrooms with shower
- Lounge area with sofa bed and TV
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: air conditioning, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony and a terrace to enjoy fine weather and dinners with family and friends!

We like:
Its location right in the centre, the beach nearby (less than 200m), its space, its very contemporary and tasteful decor. Air-conditioning in all rooms, great for hot summers.

To kick-start your stay, a few Nespresso capsules, tea, condiments, dishwasher tablets and a washing machine will be at your disposal.

The flat is ideally located in Arcachon. All the shops, restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, as are the bicycle hire companies for exploring the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla via the cycle paths. The pier for boat trips to Ile aux Oiseaux and Cap Ferret is also nearby, at the Thiers jetty.

Activities :
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
- At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming harbours, more likely in the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 2 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla and revel in all the beauty of the Bay of Arcachon!

-Underground car park at the Hôtel de Ville, which takes you directly to Les Halles

NB: there is no garage for this accommodation, the Halles car park is 10 minutes away and charges apply. Parking around the Parc Mauresque is free.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included, beds will be made for your arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- For large families, it is possible to rent the accommodation Le Banc de Sable just above this one at the same time!
