Upstairs: a staircase leads to a large bedroom (no connecting door, 140 cm / 55 in bed, wardrobe, TV, and fan). This bedroom opens onto a lovely terrace with a glimpse of the bay.

No private parking, but free parking is available on the small streets opposite the residence.

A lovely one-bedroom duplex apartment for a wonderful holiday in Arcachon, close to the beaches, the port, the market in the center of L'Aiguillon (every Wednesday during the summer), and its shops.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency. For example: a 160cm bed linen and towel set is €42/week, and a 90cm bed linen and towel set is €32/week.
Optional cleaning fee: €60.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
