Ideally located in the heart of downtown Arcachon and opposite the main beach, duplex studio of approximately 30 m², on the ground floor of a luxury residence.
Without a balcony, but you have a direct view of the Arcachon basin and the Thiers pier.
It consists of a large cupboard in the entrance. A living room with TV and WIFI, a 120 cm sofa bed, for extra sleeping, (carpeted floor), also a pull-out bed, a retractable table with chairs for meals.
Its kitchen area is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, multifunction microwave, hob and fridge/freezer.
A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed offering you two beds, there are no guardrails.
A bathroom with WC.
The car park is not located in the residence but you have an access badge to the Indigo car park in the city center (under the Arcachon market square, a few steps from the residence).
All shops and restaurants are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the town, and the main beach is a few steps away to organize your picnics, or your swimming afternoons during our beautiful days. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
