This enchanting space offers a welcoming bedroom with a double bed and a breathtaking view of the dunes, enriched by vintage furnishings that give the room a unique character. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary, including a dining area, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and a coffee machine with capsules and tea provided. The bathroom, simple but functional, is equipped with a shower, sink, WC and all essential accessories such as toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.



Step out onto the private terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast or have an evening barbecue, immersed in a breathtaking panoramic view of the dunes. The tranquil courtyard offers an outdoor shower surrounded by plants, the ideal place to relax and sunbathe on the loungers.

Attention: access to the apartment is only via stairs.



To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
