Mentioned it on check out and was told that the service was managed by an external supplier specialising in systems for offices and hotels so there should be no black stops. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left. To start with the check in there was a queue of 9 couples checking in with only 1 person to check guest in. No information about facilities, breakfast etc.
