Welcome to IRIS, a spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the quiet mountain setting of Flaine. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this charming property sleeps up to 7 guests and offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully designed for group stays. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, whilst the second bedroom includes a bunk bed. The generous lounge area is furnished with a double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. With 4 beds in total and one bathroom with a bathtub, there's space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the kitchenware you'll need. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or cooking dinner, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for gathering together, and you can enjoy entertainment with the TV and DVD player.

Step out onto the stunning South-facing balcony to take in breathtaking mountain and ski views. This is the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening aperitifs whilst soaking up the Alpine scenery. Free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay, and electric heating ensures comfort during cooler months.

The ski pistes are a short walk away, with the Telesiege de Grand Vans chairlift only 900 metres from the apartment. A convenient ski bus stop is located right next to the building for easy access to the slopes. A ski locker is located in the corridor outside the apartment. However, we highly recommend using Patrick's ski locker service located right at the entrance to the main pistes, to avoid the need to carry skis or to walk in ski boots.

We welcome your furry friends too! One well-behaved pet is allowed, making this an ideal choice for families who don't want to leave their companions behind. The town centre is on your doorstep, with a supermarket just 500 metres away and the charming Sabaudia restaurant only 650 metres from your door.

Every arrival is special at IRIS. You'll receive a generous welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water, prosecco, toilet rolls, cleaning cloths and dishwasher tablets. Bed linen and towels are provided with beds made up ready for your arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking. The Flaine Pass Été is included for bookings in the summer season.
