I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous.
My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance.

"My wife, two young kids and mother-in-law stayed in the premium two bedroom apartment, and we were just blown away by this property. It’s spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. Every part of the apartment is well-laid out. Too bad it was only a one night stay— probably would have booked it for longer had I known how nice it was going to be."

"Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return. "

"Location is amazing and properly has character. We got upgraded to a 2 bed unit because the old one wasn’t cleaned properly.
I would have preferred to have newer bedding and throw pillows, they look old.
Other than that, its one of the best places to stay, the terrace they have is unbelievable "

"Well appointed room in a sensitively converted traditional Spanish town house. Great location close to the old town and central shopping area. The owner made a special effort to keep in touch and check that everything was satisfactory.

"This property was a two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, including a washer, a huge smart TV in the living room. And the sofa pulled out to two very comfortable individual beds. There were only two of us, but we would pull the sofa open to relax and watch TV in the living room. The only issue is that there’s no one at the front desk so you have to use WhatsApp for communication. I did see a cleaning lady once and she did help me out with figuring out the washing machine. She was very nice....

"Super friendly staff. Very well situated. Modern, nice and intimate. Small but good breakfast buffet. Some noise from traffic on 1st floor but rooms come with ear plugs. Missed to have an electrical kettle in the room that did have a small fridge. Coffee available to buy. Roof top with a nice view. Small sundeck and pool that was full of (cold) water, but as I understood it still not open to guests on April 2nd. But overall absolutely recommendable. I’d come back."

"A nice hotel with spacious room. everything was fine, we came quite early, but the room was already available, lots of space, a good bed. Very nice staff for a pleasant experience."
"Not a hotel decorated to my taste. The lighting was awfull both in the room and the dining area.
there were big spots of mould int the shower area.
The breakfast was quite dull, and not very healthy
But the staff was very friendly and the price was fine compared to the standard so if you just need a place to stay then the hotel is fine
