The staff we met at the reception with dark hair , slim ooh God the difference was striking. This stuff was rude and paid no attention that we were even in front of her. She should really be at the back not front. Overall it is a good value for money"

"Hotel was very nice. Also had a very nice jazz bar. Only down side was we thought we were staying in the castle so we were ok taking a cab outside of town for it. When we got there we were staying in a hotel next to the castle and the castle was closed due to a wedding. Wasn’t ideal and the listing should be more clear, but the hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Ive just come back from a weekend stay at the mondo in coatbridge unfortunatelyi had a bad fall not long after arriving and booking in as soon as i was able to inform reception what had happened i cannot say in enough words the aftercare owas given by all the receptionstaff at the hotel was second to none they went the extra mile insure my aftercare and my needs becausei was bedridden were taken care of regards that there was perodic checks done by the staff to make sure iwas "

"This was just an overnight stop, but I would recommend the hotel highly. The room and bathroom were excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
