I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. "the only reason I stayed here was its proximity to Texas State and pricing was lower than other hotels in the area. the place needs a refresh. the window treatments in my room were old and torn, the room smelled really musty. Overall, the room just didn't feel clean. the bedding was very thin and old. I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze."

"checked in and found leftovers in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet. Only stayed for a a night so i just threw the unwanted items in the garbage. dogs were barking during the day. not sure if I will stay here again."

"Worst Hotel I’ve stayed at in over 10 years. I knew I’d be staying simply just to catch up on some sleep for my 14 year old and I breaking up a 12 hour drive. Nobody was at front desk and I had to call for help. Got to a hot room that smelled horrendous and the condition was disgusting, but we were extremely tired. Looked at our thermostat which was dated 1973, so it was clear why it was so hot (this is in Texas too). Shower was covered in mold, we refused to use it. Toiled had marks from prior...
