The Space:

Step into the inviting Studio, your personal haven within the Seascape Resort. This thoughtfully designed space centers around a comfortable King Sized bed, promising restful nights after days filled with seaside adventures. Natural light floods the room, accentuating the coastal-inspired decor and creating a serene atmosphere. A dedicated workstation allows for you to be productive on your trip if you choose. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchenette supplied with a drip coffee pot, stove top, mini fridge and microwave- perfect for preparing light meals. Add to your romantic ambience with the flicker of a cozy fireplace. The studio also features a private balcony where you can enjoy a garden & ocean view beyond. Here you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. The space also provides access to resort amenities, including a pool and hot tub, making it the perfect spot for a couple's getaway or solo retreat.



Guest Access:

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.



FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.

Bike rentals and use of the fitness facility is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).



Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages, south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires on the sand are allowed-supplies are available at the Village across the street.



The Neighborhood:

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.

The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.

On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, the North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).

Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.

The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Getting Around:

Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.

All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.

NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.

The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.

The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.

Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, fresh linens for each bed and a full set of towels for each guest to include wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel. A 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). Note: there is a laundry room with a complimentary washer and dryer located in the parking garage below your building should you wish to freshen your linens during your stay.



We provide a well-stocked studio for your stay including a kitchenette complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply a drip coffee maker with supplies to get your vacation started off right.



The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).



$250 bonfires & $75 smores packages booked through the front desk are not available to private renters, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand (Seascape is one of the few California beaches that allows for open fires- supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. See the guest welcome binder for a list of nearby grocery stores. Note: deliveries can be made to the unit.



Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa is accessible, access with your guest code.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
