"The place is okay. The price is a bit expensive compared to the room I got. It seems old and there is a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms next door and above. The room faced away from the sea, and the ventilation from the kitchen came up outside the window. It is clean, neat and has a nice bathroom that seems new."

If you arrive with car, you are not guaranteed a parking sport, and if you do get one, it’s not certain you have it the next day, if you are away with it during the day. "I am rooting for these guys! It’s a beautiful place and we loved staying in Oban away from the tacky ocean front area spots. "Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The twinroom was very spacious and bathroom was great. The kitchen was really great, everything you could ever need was there. And the opportunity to buy bread, fruit, eggs etc for your breakfast was a perfect idea.
The location was very good, a 5 min walk to the center of town.

I really enjoyed my stay in this room. The bathroom was small - a bit too small. The breakfast was delicious and the service great.
