Hoteller med alt inklusive i Appalachian Plateau

"Booked 2 days for a Pirates game - hoping to return to a cool room but was wrong. No matter what temperature we set the thermostat it remained hot in the room. I'm sure this is like so many hotels with their undisclosed limits on the thermostat. My husband is an HVAC specialist along with being a master electrician - the repeat explanation of HOW to use a thermostat became a frustrating experience. We set the thermostat on 69F, it read a constant 69-70F on the device BUT all of our phones...

"I loved this stay. it was extremely clean in the lobby and in our room. the complimentary cookies were also fabulous. The location was right next to a lot of amenities. We arrived around 3:30 and our room was not ready, so we did have to wait a few to get into it, no more than 15 minutes though. That’s my only complain and it was remedied quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again."

"I only stayed for a night but it was a good stay. The front desk staff and the manager were really great. They originally gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned but they quickly changed our room and apologized. The manager was really sincere and nice - she seems like a great person. The hotel was recently upgraded so that was nice. Nothing was broken or dirty"
