"My husband and I visited Rocky Gap for a weekend in August. We went to a comedy show Thursday night and enjoyed the small venue area for the comedian. The doors opened at 7 and once we sat down, we had access to a small bar in the room. No snacks or appetizers in the show room. The next day we hiked the lake loop trail. "Had a very pleasant stay recently! Was a little nervous considering the area, but this newly renovated hotel met my expectations.The woman checking me in was kind, thorough and pleasant. The one downside was hearing the TV next door, late at night and early morning. Otherwise, no complaints. Would book here again in the future."
