"The staff is friendly and service-minded and speaks English. The rooms are comfortable, clean and functional. Breakfast is typical for Madagscar, and the restaurant has a limited selection. The internet mostly worked fine. Altogether good value for money, I was satisfied with my stay."

"The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!"
