"Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Ansonsten alles TOP. das Essen war sehr lecker, die Anlage vor kurzer Zeit erst frisch renoviert.
Ein Shuttle fährt täglich zum Strand. Die Kinderaktivitäten waren ganz toll....

"Vi var på familietur med tre generationer, så alderen var fra 3 år til 70 år - alle fuldt ud tilfredse med opholdet. Super godt og afvekslende mad i all inkl. pakken til de tre hovedmåltider - rigelig med drikkevarer til alle aldre hele dagen.
Rigtig fine og rene pool områder, både den store og børnepoolen.
Vi boede i bungalows i stueplan, temmelig gamle og slidte, men vigtigst af alt rene - meget små hvis man skal have børn på værelserne - men vi skulle jo på den anden side kun sove der, så...

"Very nice resort, friendly staff all over the place. The half-board / all inclusive dinner gets a bit tiresome in the end, although they try to change the menu, it is still more or less the same offers.

"We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers.
They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat.
The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort.
The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black.
The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today.
Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up.
I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort."

The service on the hotel overall is not 5 stars which is such a pity. The reception is strict and not accommodating, and the hotel is clearly understaffed in the buffet, beach bar etc. constantly running out of stuff (ice creme, drinks etc), and the ala cart often also is out of stuff. I also dislike that there are no cocktails included in the AI (pina colada, mojito) - paying customers get nice glasses and AI get plastic cups all day. I really wish the hotel would staff up and stop all the unnecessary restrictions. The staff is clearly under too much pressure, which makes the guests unhappy and so it continues. The main buffet also needs more food and stuff, if you are not there when they open half of the stuff will be out (meats, desserts etc). A few people standout though: George and Minela in the Pool bar, Nick in the Payot, Jaruz in breakfast coffee, Abdul in the pancake stand, and Dora in the reception. "
"Everything was absolutely fantastic during our stay of 9 nights. The staff were very serviceminded, smiling and professional. The resort was very clean, the pools kept in mint condition and the surroundsings green and blooming.
Expecially the food at Rodies was very nice and had plenty to choose from on the menu.
The free shuttle service to the lovely beach club was a nice supplement to the whole experience.
I give my highest recommendation to families, couples or singles who are looking for a special treat.
