The bright, spacious apartment is located near the lake and near the town center. It comprises two bedrooms have a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and a TV. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 2 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a new residence. Parking is easy in the garage located in the basement (1m90 max).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
