B&B i Annandale

"House needs maintenance."

"No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again."

"This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was...

"If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we...

"Our stay went well, this is a no-frills apartment but contains basic necessities. If you plan to be out and about for most of your trip, then this place is a good option and better price than most of the similar listings"

"The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. Upon arrival in the...

"Everything was as promised in the listing. Our hist was very responsive and the apt was clean. Within walking distance of the metro."

"Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!"

"Budget friendly accommodations. Near train to DC attractions. Walkable neighborhood. Recommend a bit more essentials like body wash and shampoo."
