Located on the North End of Anna Maria, Precious Memories welcomes you to make vacation memories to last a lifetime. Bring the whole family! This home sleeps 12 guests! With the shimmering waters and sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico less than a block away, your beach retreat awaits.

Natural light from the oversized windows and patio doors fills the living and dining rooms. The gorgeous outdoor deck overlooking the tropical backyard is easily accessed from the kitchen and living room. Prepare a meal in the full kitchen and dine al fresco on the deck with patio dining. If you prefer to share your meals inside, the dining table seats eight with additional counter bar seating for four.

Two of the king bedrooms are on the main living area on the 2nd floor. The master king room features an en-suite bathroom and a sliding door to a private patio. The second King room is near the full bathroom on this level which features a sink and toilet across the hall from a separate tub and shower.

The two other king rooms are located on the third floor and share a jack n jill bathroom outfitted with a shared shower but with each bedroom having its own private vanity and toilet. The kids will love the bunk bedroom with a set of twin over twin bunkbeds. The 3rd floor common area has a full guest bathroom and two sets of built-in twin over twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the lush landscape backyard. The poolside level features a covered, outdoor lounge with a pool table, patio furniture, TV, bar with bar seating, and gas grill. The ping pong table is steps away in the garage.

Precious Memories is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
