Located on a canal on the coveted north end of Anna Maria, our Mediterranean style home is 2 blocks to the shimmery waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The tranquil backyard boasts a dock for your boat and is perfect for fishing and launching paddleboards or kayaks.

Enjoy the spectacular island and canal views from the living room. Multiple patio doors let in natural light and bring the outdoors in. Just outside the dining room patio doors, a patio dining set for six adds to the option of indoor and outdoor dining. Grill up the catch of the day on the gas BBQ.

The billiards room overlooks the front of the home and boasts a pool table, second living are and a large TV. Guests will also enjoy the putting green and corn hole game.

The main master suite features a California king bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress,en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading to the poolside lounge. A second master suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to the porch. Bedroom three features a queen bed and a twin bed and access to a private patio. The final bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a built in desk which is the perfect place to slip away and plug in while enjoying your vacation. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Step outside to the tranquil backyard oasis and enjoy an afternoon watching the world go by on the canal. The sparkling heated pool and spa are surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas and an outdoor shower for added convenience. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the dock and watch for the wildlife including all varieties of sea birds and possibly a manatee or dolphin!

Nirvana is located on the north end of Anna Maria and a few blocks from Pine Ave and the City Pier where you may catch the the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
