Step into paradise with a space filled with an abundance of natural sunlight, refinished wood floors throughout with an open-style layout bringing together the living/ dining area as a wonderful spot for entertaining. Cozy up on the couch for a movie, a dining table set for 4, and the newly upgraded kitchen is situated next to the living room. Your kitchen comes stocked with all the utensils needed for your gourmet meals, brand new stainless steel appliances, with ample stone counters and storage space. The updated bathroom with new tiles and step in shower is accessed from the living area. The bedrooms are styled with new beds and luxury bedding. The primary bedroom features a King bed, and there is a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom. Off the kitchen area you can enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai, that has a table with chairs, your washer/dryer, and beach chairs for guest use. Grill up some local seafood on your private gas grill and take in the lush landscaping around.

Anna Maria Island is filled with so much outdoor opportunities. Explore the glistening gulf with a sunset walk to Bean Point, rent a bike and cruise along the bike paths, or even use the free island trolley service that travels the entire 7 mile island.
