For fishing and dining, Coquina Cottage is in between and a short walk (0.3 miles or 6 minutes) to the Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier. It is a pleasant 9-minute walk (0.5 miles) to Bean Point. INTERIORThe keyless front door on the porch deck leads through French doors into a combined dining and living area with a generous amount of comfortable seating. The living room includes a large TV with cable, wifi, and landline telephone. The small kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and has a second keyless entry access. A guest bathroomfeatures a standing shower and combined washer / dryer. The master bedroom with separate bathroom and shower / tub combo has a plush king bed, while a second bedroom has a plush queen bed, and spare bonus room has two plush extra-long twin beds. This property welcomes any day arrival and short stays for the months of mid-Augustthrough January. Other months require manager approval for non-weekly rental. Coquina Cottage is pet and smoke free. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.A Ring video camera installed on the Northeast corner of the duplex that can see only the communal parking lot.
