  • Welcome to Seabreeze, 18 Abel Place, a stunning coastal oasis nestled in the heart of Anna Bay. This delightful three-bedroom retreat is uniquely positioned a quick 1km walk to the golden sands of Birubi Beach or a quick 6-minute drive to the patrolled beach which is found on the Northern end of the 32km Stockton Beach and Sand Dunes.

    The property comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a maximum of five adults, ensuring a spacious and tranquil environment for family or friends to unwind. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience; with the main offering a King size bed with ceiling fan and the second with a Queen size bed with ceiling fan while the third room features a King Single bunk (top bed only suitable for children). The bathroom has been renovated and has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity.


    The house boasts a relaxed, open-plan living area, complete with comfortable, stylish sofas, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth enabled soundbar and reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure your stay is comfortable, no matter the season. The home also offers a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, gas cooktop and microwave oven making at-home dining a pleasure.

    Opening off the dining and lounge area is the outdoor deck, perfect for al fresco lounging and comes complete with gas BBQ, outdoor hot and cold shower and fully fenced play area with synthetic grass for children to play. Sit back on those nice winter and spring nights and enjoy the fire pit and listen to the ocean pounding the sand or simply enjoying the calming sea breeze.

    Convenience is the key at Seabreeze, with two dedicated parking spaces including boat parking, an internal laundry equipped with a front loader washing machine and dryer, air-conditioned living area and Wi-Fi makes this just perfect.

    In terms of location, you couldn't ask for more. Not only are you steps away from pristine Anna Bay beach, but you're also within close proximity to a playground and shopping facilities. Add to this the close proximity to the waterfront, and you have the perfect location for a memorable holiday.

    This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

    Linen Packs consist of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (bring your own beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

    (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
    (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

    After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

    If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great potential but let down by poor maintenance/service

Cleanliness of the house was poor. Thick dust on ceiling fans, blinds and TV unit. My son has dust allergies and couldn't sleep well at all during our stay. I had asked the property manager for it to be cleaned on our 2nd day, they said it would be done the following day, but nothing was done.Our stay was for 5 days/4 nights, so we were quite shocked when we found sample size quantities for hand wash soap, washing detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent. For a family of 5 staying for 5 days, this barely lasted 2 days. Nearly every other accommodation we have stayed at provides ample amount of toiletries. The fridge had malfunctioned twice, and we almost lost over 150 worth of groceries if it wasn't for the portable fridge we had brought. To top everything off, the landscaper was called out to service the property 7am on our final day, which woke us all up from the loud noise of course. Even the landscaper was applogetic and told us he asked the property manager to ensure no one was occupying the property, but he was told to go ahead.

Fantastic family get away

In the heart of everything. Perfect for kids. Doesn’t matter about the weather which was 60% sunny and 40% rain. Kids absolutely loved it!
