Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Guest Experience web app. Once you have completed your verification process you will have access to your guest portal with your Guest Access information.

The guest verification process will require:

- ID and selfie uploads (Except Airbnb)

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

15% off for stays 7+ nights

30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb).
