Lovers of French heritage, this farmhouse from 1877 will be delighted to welcome you. We are ideally located in a small town called Angrie, 35 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes or Nantes. This locality of Maine et Loire (49) is surrounded by 6 departments.

Whether you come to recharge your batteries, enjoy a large swimming pool or a ping-pong table, explore nature or attend local events, our lodges meet your need for escape. At the heart of a 5.6 hectare estate, surrounded by many animals, a change of scenery is guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated and shared with another gîte (Pur-Sang) located on the estate, it is open from the end of May to September. If you like walks and sports, we also offer the loan of bicycles.

Take advantage of this beautiful nature and stay connected, the accommodation is equipped with fiber both indoors and on the terrace or around the swimming pool. You will be able to take advantage of a high-speed network whether for telecommuting or for your personal leisure activities.

With a capacity of up to 6 people and an area of 70 m², the Holsteiner gîte located on the first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room & dining room. It combines modern decoration and the cachet of the old, it has its private covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool shared with the Pur-Sang gite. Our cottage, whose entrance is independent from the rest of the farmhouse, is unfortunately not accessible to people with disabilities. Pets are allowed on prior request.

Reservations start at the night, except during the summer period. In July & August the rentals are weekly, more precisely, from Saturday to Saturday. You will only have to put down your luggage, the beds are made on your arrival, sheets and towels are included in the rental. A small bottle from a local producer and from sustainable agriculture awaits you wisely in the cool to complete your arrival.

Note: concerning the staircase we do not yet have a safety barrier for children.
