This beautifully renovated and extended 120 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people and includes :

- a 400 m2 garden with trees and a large furnished terrace,
- a welcoming living area with a comfortable lounge and a dining room,
- a room under the roofs equipped with a double bed (140 cm). The ceiling height at the level of the bed is 1.40 m,
- a room upstairs with a double bed (140cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a private bathroom (shower and WC), communicating with an adjoining room, separated by a dressing room, converted into an office area and equipped with a second double bed (140 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- Separate toilet,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- high chair, baby bath,
- a private parking space. It is strictly forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, under penalty of taking a deposit.

Located in the heart of Anglet, near the beaches and the cycle tracks, you'll easily be able to enjoy the beautiful city. You'll be a 5 min drive away from the Chiberta forest and its golf, where you'll be able to enjoy the nature during a walk. The Barre beach is 5 minutes away by car, and numerous shops are near the house. You'll also be able to enjoy the numerous restaurants and bars, the Quintaou theatre, and the may summer animations of Anglet.

Bus lines 11 and 12 → 3 min walk from Bayonne to Biarritz via Anglet beaches.
Bicycle hire → 3 min walk

## Access
